about Linda
Linda has studied the arts of Tai Chi & Qigong for over 40 years. She has taught in community centres, hospitals, seniors centres and privately for the past 30 years.
As a student of Taijiquan and Qigong under Master David Lau (Lau Yiu Lam), Linda received her Taijiquan Fa Teacher Certificate in 1996. David Lau, a Chinese citizen by birth, originally studied Taijiquan and Qigong in both China and Hong Kong. He is the founder of the Huan Zhong Taijiquan Group of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Linda holds "Instructor's Black Sash in Forms and Tai Chi Sword" with the World Wide Federation of Martial Arts; recognized by the International Karate Federation. Linda achieved first and second place rankings in Tai Chi Sword in Ladies Black Belt Weapons Division Competition (2002). Linda brings knowledge and fun to learning this life enhancing skill with her warm relateable style.
